Who we are and who we help.
Setli is a growth agency for service businesses. We build and run the system that turns people already searching for you into booked jobs: your website, Google and AI search visibility, Google, Meta and TikTok ads, AI booking with missed-call text-back, review requests and social content. For product brands we also build Shopify stores and run product ads.

Getting started
What happens after you say yes.
Most of our clients had a website before working with us. The website is only one part of the system. The missed-call text-back, AI chat, Google review automation, and booking calendar are what actually turn visitors into paying customers. If your current site already works well, we keep it and connect it to the system.
Typically live within two weeks of your onboarding form, which takes about 10 minutes and is the only thing we need from you. We handle design, setup, configuration, and testing. You review it before it goes live.
Fill out a short onboarding form after your call: your business name, services, service area, some photos, and preferences. Everything else is handled by us. You review and approve before launch.
The system
How the pieces work day to day.
When a call to your business number goes unanswered, the system detects it and texts back from that same number within seconds. The AI introduces itself, qualifies the lead, answers basic questions, and sends a booking link. Everything is logged in your dashboard.
We train the AI specifically for your business before it goes live: your services, pricing structure, service area, and tone. If a conversation goes outside its scope, it flags it for you, and you can review every conversation in your dashboard.
After a completed visit, the system sends a short text thanking the customer with a direct link to your Google review page. If they don't respond, a follow-up goes out a couple days later. Reviews accumulate week by week without you doing anything.
Once the AI qualifies a lead, it sends a booking link to your calendar. The customer picks a time, the booking lands in your dashboard, and you get notified. No phone tag, no back-and-forth. It can also connect to your existing calendar if needed.
Plans and contracts
Cost, ad spend and commitments.
Every plan is built around where your business is and what you are ready to invest, so there is no one price that fits everyone. Take the 60-second assessment and it recommends the plan that fits, then a free 20-minute call confirms it on your real numbers and you get the scope in writing. The monthly retainer covers hosting, the AI system, missed-call text-back, review automation, calendar booking, and your monthly performance report. Setup is a one-time fee, quoted on your call.
No. You pay Google, Meta and TikTok directly from your own card, and that budget sits on top of your plan. We never handle it and we never mark it up. Each plan with ads has a minimum budget, because below it the platforms cannot gather enough data to make the ads work, and we confirm yours on the call. TikTok ads are part of Growth and Partner.
No long-term contracts. Give us 30 days notice and we part ways cleanly. Your domain, content and data stay yours either way.
No. The setup fee and monthly fee are the only costs. We don't charge extra for the number of texts sent, reviews collected, or leads captured.

We handle all maintenance as part of your monthly subscription. Need to update your services, hours, or service area? Just contact us and we make the change. Your system stays current and running without you managing any of it.
